Type msconfig, and Click OK, System Configuration Utility pops up
Now Click Startup Tab

Now look for the Start-up tab
Uncheck the ones that are weird
Click, Apply, OK and Restart your computer

Win 8 - win 10 use this

Right Click on Taskbar

Back in msconfig
Go to the Boot Tab and change Timeout to speedup your computer

From here you can check Task Scheduler, Event Viewer, and Services and Applications

Click Restart, when this pops up

You will need to check Task sheduler it holds Startup items too

Do the same for all Services on the list

Restart Computer to set the settings we changed

Go Into Programs and Features and Uninstall the Dumb programs

Autoruns

Uncheck all yellow startup
