Easy Upside down Cake
- 1 can sliced peaches or crushed pineapple
- 1 white or yellow cake mix
- 3 tbsp of butter, ½ cup brown sugar
- Drain fruit.
- In 9 x 12 cake pan, spread fruit evenly.
- Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over fruit
- Cut thin slices of butter and place at intervals over brown sugar
- Mix cake according to package directions, spoon cake batter evenly over fruit
- Bake at 350 degrees till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Good warm or cold
